The purpose of this project was to upsize the existing sanitary sewer running under Peachtree Industrial Blvd in Doraville, GA to keep up with the expanding population.
This project consisted of three separate jack and bores ranging from 30in to 36in diameter for a combined total of approx. 700LF and one 84in diameter 130LF hand mine tunnel. Challenges of this project include mixed face conditions for the jack and bores and tunnel, active bypassing, and boring under Peachtree Industrial Blvd.
