This project in Atlanta, Georgia consisted of installing a new 36” gravity outfall sewer for the City of Atlanta. The work included bypass pumping, pre and post CCTV inspection, and replacing existing pipe using conventional open cut and jack and bore trenchless installation. The project also included rehabilitation, replacement, and installation of sewer manholes. Total pipe installed on the project consisted of 10,274 LF of 36” pipe, 59 new precast manholes, 410 LF of 54” Jack & Bores. Extensive grout fill abandonment of existing sewer was self-performed using cellular grout. Work was completed in August 2020.
