The project in Clayton County, Georgia consisted of installation of approximately 9,600 linear feet of new 24" gravity sewer replacing an existing 24" gravity sanitary sewer. Multiple reconnections of smaller existing sewers were required to complete the work. Much of the new line was remove and replace in backyards and required extensive bypassing of sewer flows. The project consisted of rock blasting and excavation, operation of multiple, large bypass systems and an open cut crossing of a state highway. This project was completed in October 2021.
