- Pipe Laying & Underground Utility Work: Actively participate in the installation of storm and sanitary sewer systems. This includes assisting with manual tasks and an understanding of shooting grade, pipe lasers, and proper bedding techniques.
- Safety & Equipment Care: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company and OSHA guidelines; perform daily preventative maintenance (greasing and fluid checks) on all assigned equipment.

- Heavy Civil Background: Proven experience operating heavy equipment within heavy civil, grading, and sitework environments.
- Dozer Specialization: High-level proficiency in Dozer fine grading is a primary requirement for this role.
- Underground Utility Knowledge: A strong preference for candidates with a functional understanding of underground utility pipe laying (sewer and storm water) and open-trench safety.
- Working-Operator Mentality: This is a working-operator role; you must be willing to exit the cab to assist the ground crew with manual labor, rigging, and pipe installation as needed.
- Location & Travel: Must live within a commutable distance to the Atlanta metro area and be fully available to work out of town during the week. Per diem is provided for travel; crews are home on the weekends.
