Carpenter/Laborer (Plant)

Job Overview
We are seeking versatile and hardworking Carpenters/Laborers to support our Plant Division within the execution of a multi-year project in Albany, GA.
This is a dual-scope role between high-precision carpentry tasks and general site labor. You will support projects across the full lifecycle—from initial earthwork and concrete pours to the installation of complex process piping and industrial equipment.
Primary Duties
- Carpentry: General framing, building temporary platforms, and constructing safety railings.
- Earthwork: Hand-digging, grading, and installing trench shoring.
- Site Labor: Trenching, underground utilities, cleaning work areas, moving materials, and spotting for heavy equipment.
- Concrete: Build and set forms, install anchor bolts, and assist with pours/stripping.
- Mechanical Support: Helping move process piping and grouting equipment baseplates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a plant, refinery, or heavy construction environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with circular saws, miter saws, drills, levels, and laser levels is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and production.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening/physical.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work out of town as required by project schedules.
- Authorized to work in the US.
