Ruby-Collins is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our Heavy Civil Division.
We specialize in the construction of Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Infrastructure work (i.e., Gravity Pipe, Force Main, Water Main, and Storm Water), Pump Stations, and Tunnels/Trenchless projects. Any experience in Municipal Construction (Water/Wastewater Treatment and Utilities) is a plus.

Major responsibilities include – day-to-day management of the Project, management of all suppliers and subcontractors, Project Scheduling, establish and maintaining Project budgets, estimating, prepare and oversee Pay Applications and payment, daily interface with the Project Superintendent, and estimating.
Job Type: Full-time
• A minimum of 5 years in Civil Estimating/ Project Management.
• Experience with AGTEK software.
• Experience with HCSS (Heavy Bid/Job) Software.
• Proficient with EXCEL, Adobe, and/or Bluebeam.
