As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ruby-Collins, Scott is committed to fostering a safe and enjoyable workplace for all employees, supporting strong relationships with engineers and project owners, and strategically guiding the company’s project pursuits.
In his role as CEO, Scott is responsible for setting the overall vision and direction of the company, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of Ruby-Collins. He oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, including financial performance, business development, and organizational leadership. Scott works closely with the executive team to develop and implement key business strategies, ensuring that Ruby-Collins stays ahead of industry trends and continues to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
Scott holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgia Tech. His educational background, coupled with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a highly qualified leader.
