Ryan Mott has worked in the construction industry since graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2002. His diverse experience includes environmental remediation, seawall construction and dredging, road and utility construction, and dredging. As the Director of Equipment at Ruby-Collins, Inc., Ryan not only helps manage specific projects but also oversees the entire equipment fleet. His responsibilities include directing logistics, handling equipment purchases and rentals, and ensuring proper equipment maintenance, amongst many other tasks.
