Ms. Oetgen has 22 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater facility systems’ planning and design, including Water Quality Control Plants (WQCP), water and sewer master plans, well design, water resource studies, environmental review and planning documents, and permitting. Since 2000, Ms. Oetgen has designed more than fifteen (15) water quality control plants (WQCP) throughout the southeast, including the first Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Wastewater Treatment Facility in coastal Georgia.
