Bobby comes to Ruby-Collins with 40 years of utility/civil construction experience in the Atlanta market.

He has been involved in all areas of the business with hands-on experience in field management as well as 25 years of executive management and leadership.

Bobby specializing in grading, installation of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer.

Bobby will be responsible to manage and oversee all areas of the Heavy Civil Division at Ruby-Collins.
