Bobby Touhy came to Ruby-Collins with 40 years of utility and civil construction experience in the Atlanta market. He has been involved in all areas of the business, with hands-on experience in field management and 25 years of executive management and leadership. Bobby specializes in grading and the installation of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems.
As the Director of the Heavy Civil Division, Bobby is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of this division at Ruby-Collins. His decades of experience and deep industry knowledge benefit not only his division but also the entire team of directors, contributing to the overall success and growth of Ruby-Collins.
