Ruby-Collins March Monthly Report
This month has been full of exciting announcements and reveals for Ruby-Collins, Inc. We have had many birthdays, awards, celebrations, and achievements during the month of March, and we continue to build on these achievements!

- Manager of Project Development Scott Lee celebrated his birthday on March 9th.
- Operations Manager Tad Nusbaumer celebrated his birthday on March 10th.
- Foreman Frankie Cantrell celebrated his birthday on March 16th.
- Fleet Operations Manager Ryan Mott celebrated his birthday on March 26th.
- Project Superintendent Chris Neely celebrated his birthday on March 26th.
- Foreman Greg Sparks celebrated his birthday on March 27th.
- Foreman Ed White celebrated his birthday on March 29th.
Management Meeting Spotlight:
On March 2nd, all Ruby-Collins, Inc. employees attended the yearly Management Meeting held at SunTrust Park. This meeting provides a forum for everyone in the company to recap the previous year, discuss the vision for the upcoming year, and highlight exceptional employees for their work. This year, we unveiled the all-new branding, logos, and a revamped website that will help embody all that Ruby-Collins can provide to customers, while also highlighting the professionalism and expertise that we provide.
Many people presented to the company about topics ranging from financials, health care, marketing, and current projects. These yearly meetings are vital to our company and ensure that all employees are well versed in all that Ruby-Collins is involved in going forward into the new year.
Two exceptional employees were also honored at the annual management meeting for their excellence in safety on the job site. The safety of all employees is very important to us and we like to acknowledge those that make it their number one priority every day. Project Superintendent Chris Neely was recognized for achieving a “Zero Recordable Rate” for on-site injuries in all of 2018. Project Superintendent Allen Knight was also recognized for achieving a “Zero Recordable Rate” for 2018, and was presented with the Puckett Award for Safety and Loss Control Excellence. Both of these men have created a more efficient, effective, and all around safe environment for everyone on our team, and we are extremely lucky to have them!
